Joint or Muscle Pain Test

9. R. I. C. E. means Rest, Ice, Compression and Elevation and is a method of caring for sore muscles after overuse.

10. It is a good idea to keep a journal for your doctor about joint pain because arthritis can be difficult to diagnose.
