Stress

Stress Test





1. Stress is the body's response to situations that emotionally upsetting or believed to be a threat.

2. Stress does not affect the functioning of the brain or the blood flow.

3. Any emotional event can cause stress.

4. Everyone responds to stress in exactly the same way.

5. It is not important to consult a family doctor to make sure that symptoms of stress are not caused by disease or illness.

6. Meditation and deep breathing exercises are helpful ways of dealing with stress.

7. Responding to stress with anger can increase the risk of having a heart attack.

8. Vitamin B complex and a multivitamin added to the diet cannot  help to lower stress.

9. Smoking, drinking and overeating are terrible ways of dealing with stress.

10. Regular exercise is not good for managing stress.
